Trusty Bexhill Handyman
No job too small
About Trusty Bexhill Handyman
I am a retired full term Police Officer, having served in the City of London Police force for 30 years.
During my time in the Police, I worked closely with members of the Community and became very aware of how difficult it is, especially for elderly or disabled people, to keep their homes and gardens secure and well maintained at a price they could afford.
They would also often find it difficult to locate local handymen or tradesmen who could deal with what might be very small but extremely frustrating jobs - including changing light bulbs, fixing a single grab rail, bleeding radiators, taking down curtains for cleaning and rehanging them - and yes - dealing with the dreaded flat pack!
I had always had a keen interest in DIY and so, after retiring from the Police, I joined Trust In Blue, (now TIB Services) an organisation supplying retired police officers to provide quality handyman support to domestic and commercial organisations in local areas across the UK. I have spent five years contracted to this excellent company.
TIB now focuses their service on school caretaking and care home maintenance contracts. I am available through TIB for such contracts in the local East Sussex area, but am also now an independent tradesman taking on domestic general handyman jobs as well as house sitting/holiday home management and home security checks.
I cover Bexhill and a 12 mile radius, which includes but is not limited to Eastbourne, Hailsham, Battle, Hastings and Rye areas.
Sometimes, customers like to build up a list of jobs they need doing - However even if you feel your job is too small - don't worry! Get in touch and we'll talk through how best to assist you.
