House Sitting
If your home is going to be vacant for some time, we can provide live in house sitting services, which would include pet care, gardening, taking deliveries and any other maintenance requirements
House Security Checks
In your absence, your home would be regularly checked, mail and deliveries, watering plants and providing gardening services if required
Holiday Let Management/maintenance
This can include meeting and greeting guests, booking out, key security, cleaning of accommodation, changing bed and bathroom linens, arranging laundry, advising on repairs, carrying out repairs or obtaining quotes where necessary etc
Care Home Maintenance Contracts
via TIB Services
General maintenance as required including painting and decorating,and garden maintenance. Please note TIB contract rates differ to TBH rates
School Relief Caretaker
via TIB Services
Providing cover as necessary, unlocking and locking up, supervision of cleaning services, order control, painting and decorating, site maintenance. Please note TIB contract rates differ to TBH rates
